Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your arder has shipped.

*Standard processing time does not include items listed as pre-order or low stock, shipping time will be updated via e-mail accordingly.*

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method
selected. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges                                                                                                                               

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
Here's how our return and exchanges process works:

You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unworn and in their original, undamaged
condition. In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items:                                                                                                                             

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings and custom or personalized jewelry, final sale items, or items that have been worn or altered.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luckynumbertwelve.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds:                                                                                                                                             

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business davs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a
different size or style, please contact us as soon
as possible. We will assist you in processing the
exchange based on product availability.
